Instructions for buying or renewing Runtime HRMS subscription using online and offline payment modes.
First of all, we would like to congratulate you on taking the decision to buying or renewing your subscription of Runtime HRMS. We assure you it being one the best decisions for your business and people.
To start with the buying or renewing process, click on your name at top right corner of Runtime HRMS (while you are logged in) and click on ‘Subscription’ link.
On the Subscription page, you can see your validity date as shown in below example:
It is a good practice to renew your subscription well in advance and avoid waiting for the last day.
Check and Update Billing Information
Before you initiate payment, click on ‘View Billing Information’ button and check if your billing details are correctly updated in system.
Proceed for Renewal
Once you have verified billing information, you are ready to proceed for renewal. Click on ‘Manage Subscription’ button to go to subscription renewal page.
Selecting Renewal Duration
On the subscription renewal page, you can select renewal duration like 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and so on. Select a longer duration to avail attractive discounts.
After selecting renewal duration, click on ‘Proceed for Payment’ to go to payment gateway page.
Select from your preferred mode of payment from Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet etc.
Once payment is successfully completed, you will be taken back to the subscription page and a payment receipt confirmation will be displayed on screen. We will also send you and sms and e-mail confirmation after payment is finished. Your subscription is renewed instantly upon completing the online payment.
In case your payment could not be completed due to some reason, the page will display the relevant error message.
In case you are unable to pay online using any of the modes listed above, you can also pay by a direct transfer to our bank account (using NEFT or IMPS).

After making the payment into our bank account, please inform us at email@example.com and include following information in your e-mail:
1. Registered e-mail address and mobile number
2. Amount Paid
3. Date of Payment
4. Renewal Duration
5. NEFT/IMPS Transaction Reference Number
Payments made using direct bank transfer require at least 24 working hours and maximum 72 working hours to update your account.
