Q. What is Runtime HRMS
Runtime HRMS is a cloud based Human Resource Management system. It can be used to manage employee information, track employee attendance, generate payroll, file statutory compliance and more this related to HR Management

Q. Who can use it?
Runtime HRMS is targeted for small and medium sized Indian businesses. If your employee strength is between 10 to 2000, it is worth giving it a try. For businesses having less than 10 employees, it is easy to manually manage human resources. For businesses having more than 2,000 employees, it is worth looking at an ERP solution.

Q. Do you have a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 30-day free trial for our Basic plan. Using the free trial, you can explore various features of Runtime HRMS and generate payroll for one or more months. Your employees can install and use Runtime Workman, our employee self service mobile app. After 30 days free trial, you can choose to pay and extend your account.


Q. What is the payment frequency?
Subscription charges can be paid for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 3 years. We offer attractive discounts when you pay for 6 months or more.

Q. How to make the payment?
Once you are logged into the application, click on your profile picture at top right and then click on ‘Subscription’ link. On the subscription page, you will see ‘Manage Subscription’ link which will allow you to make the payment using debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or wallets like Paytm etc.

Q. Can I pay offline or a direct bank transfer?
We recommend to pay using online payment facility. This ensures that your service is renewed immediately upon successful payment. If you choose to pay offline, you can do so by way of NEFT transfer to our bank account. However, it may take up-to 72 hours to renew your account. Q. What happens when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, your subscription period shrinks down to provide for the increased pricing of new upgraded plan. Suppose you have 12 months left in your subscription period and you upgrade from Basic to Professional plan. Considering that number of employees remain the same, your subscription period will get reduced to 8 months (12 x 10 / 15).
