The average person spends more time working than any other daily activity of life, and, over a lifetime, an average of 90,000 hours on the job.

According to the American Psychological Association’s definition of a psychologically healthy workplace, organisations can become healthy by incorporating health promotion activities, offering employee assistance programs, having flexible benefits and working conditions, treating employees fairly, and offering programs for employee development, health and safety, and the prevention of work stress.

So, let’s keep an eye on factors that are responsible for maintaining a healthy & positive workplace.

They also demand attention, love, care and a positive attitude.
