What is the payment frequency?
Subscription charges can be paid for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year or 5 years. Go for 6 months or more for attractive discounts.
How to make the payment?
Once you are logged into Runtime HRMS application, click on your profile picture at top right and then click on ‘Subscription’ link. On the subscription page, you will see ‘Manage Subscription’ link which will allow you to make the payment using debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI or wallets like Paytm etc.
Can I make offline payments also?
We recommend to pay using online payment facility. This ensures that your service is renewed immediately upon successful payment. If you choose to pay offline, you can do so by way of NEFT transfer to our bank account. However, it may take up-to 72 hours to renew your account. What happens when I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, your subscription period shrinks down to provide for the increased pricing of new upgraded plan. Suppose you have 12 months left in your subscription period and you upgrade from Basic to Professional plan. Considering that number of employees remain the same, your subscription period will get reduced to 8 months (12 x 10 / 15).
